Return Policy
At terratogs, every Product is custom-made with your unique design, which means most orders are non-returnable. However, we want you to shop with confidence, so we make exceptions in specific situations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our quality. If your order arrives with:
- Damage during shipping
- Manufacturing defects
- An incorrect size, color, or design (different from your approved order)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@terratogs.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace or remake the affected item at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, your Product goes into production, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchange Policy
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, we cover the return or replacement shipping.
- For eligible non-custom returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
